Pariksha AI is an online Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) educational platform. We do not sell or ship physical books, printed question papers, or hard-copy materials. All features are delivered instantaneously via cloud infrastructure.
1. Nature of Products and Services
All products, services, and subscription plans offered by Vicaksha Labs on Pariksha AI (including Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, Speed Drills, Mock Tests, and Surya OCR Mains Evaluator) are purely electronic and digital in nature.
- No physical parcel, CD, DVD, or printed book is shipped to your physical postal address.
- No shipping fees, handling charges, or postal transit delays apply to your orders.
2. Delivery Timeline & Fulfillment Mechanism
Upon completion of payment via Cashfree or UPI, your account is automatically upgraded to Pro within 0 to 60 seconds.
An electronic receipt and payment confirmation are sent immediately to your registered email address.
All tests, analytical dashboards, and AI evaluations are accessible anytime by logging into your account.
3. Service Activation Assistance
If your payment has succeeded but your subscription status does not reflect immediately due to network delays or bank verification latency:
- Please log out and log back into your Pariksha AI account to refresh your session token.
- Check your payment receipt for the Cashfree / Payment Order ID.
- If access is still not enabled within 15 minutes, send an email with your transaction screenshot to founder@vicaksha.com. Our engineering team will manually verify and activate your service immediately.
